Heard learned counsel for the applicant as also the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The applicant has filed this application seeking bail in Case Crime No. 0128 of 2025 under Sections 109(1), 318(4), 338, 336(3)m 340(2), B.N.S., and Section 3/25/27, Arms Act, P.S. Alambagh, District Lucknow. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case lodged by the Police. It is further alleged that it is a no-injury case. The applicant has no previous criminal history and he is in jail since 12.07.2025. 4. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but he could not dispute the fact that there is no injury found on the body of the complaint or any Police personnel. 5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case particularly the fact no injury found on the body of the complaint or any Police personnel, it is a fit case for bail. The application is accordingly allowed. 6. Let the applicant Satyendra Kumar Nishad alias Kaliya be released on bail in the aforesaid F.I.R./Case Crime No. 0128 of 2025 on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties, each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned, on the following conditions: (i) the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence; (ii) the applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses; (iii) the applicant shall appear on each and every date fixed by the trial court, unless his appearance is exempted by the learned trial court.
