Accordingly, the petitioner submitted a reply/ representation on 24.03.2017 and 09.05.2017 vide Annexures-F and G. Hence, this Court deems it proper to direct the BWSSB to consider the reply/ representations submitted by the petitioner vide Annexures-F and G in accordance with the law if not considered as of today, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
