2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, 1. Naba Kishor Talukdar seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Khetri P.S Case No. 47/2025 registered under Sections 316(5)/318(4)/336(3)/340(2) of BNS, 2023.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not FIR named accused and he has nothing to do with the transactions in question involving the main accused i.e. Surajit Medhi.
4. Case diary has been received and on perusal of the case diary, no incriminating material is found against the petitioner and further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary in the interest of investigation of the case. Accordingly, the pre-arrest bail is allowed.
5. The order of pre-arrest bail dated 11.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall continue rendering the co- operation to the investigation ; ii) That the petitioner shall not abscond; iii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence.

6. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition stands disposed of.
