HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 11295 of 2025 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE KARUNESH SINGH PAWAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. In compliance with the order dated 18.11.2025, learned AGA has provided comments dated 01.11.2025, indicating that the applicant, apart from the present case, has a criminal history of seven cases (including those reflected in the gang chart). It is noted that in one of the case i.e., Crime No. 535 of 2005, (under Sections 452/302/323/504 IPC, P.S. Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur), the applicant has been acquitted, and in the remaining cases, he has already been granted bail. The status report provided by the learned AGA is taken on record. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application and has submitted that the applicant is in custody since 26.06.2023 in the present matter. Having regard to the prolonged incarceration of the applicant, and considering the status report which reveals his acquittal in Crime No. 535 of 2005 and grant of bail in all other cases, coupled with the fact that he is confined in this case since 26.06.2023, I am of the considered view that the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. Let the applicant Chandra Shekhar Pasi, involved in Case Crime No- 227/2023, U/S-3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities 0(Prevention) Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Vishal Kumar Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Chandra Shekhar Pasi .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru.
