Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.59 of 2025, under Section 65(2), 62, 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS & Section 5M/6/18 of POCSO Act, P.S. Maholi, District Sitapur. 3. FIR in question was lodged alleging that daughter of the informant was misbehaved by the applicant. Age of the daughter was disclosed as 9 years. Subsequently, the informant and the victim have turned hostile as is evident from their statements made before the trial Court. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the statements, the applicant who is in custody since 18.02.2025 and has no criminal antecedents and is aged about 65 years, is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Chander @ Ramchander be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Narendra Gupta, Mohammad Salim Khan Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : C.S.C.
