ORAL ORDER
1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:- Wherefore, Petitioner is most respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to:

a) Issue Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, there by quashing the impugned Order passed by impugned order passed by the First Respondent Authority in case No-OE- 03-KAA-2018 Dated 29.09.2018, wherein the appeal preferred by the petitioner Appeal under Section 18 ARMS Act-1959 at Annexure-A. b) Issue appropriate order or direction, there by the direct the Second Respondent Authority to renew the petitioner gun license No-ARM/1437/90-91 and CG/10/1991-92, which has not been renewed and further direct the second respondent authority to return the both weapons, now seized and to Issue license, to the petitioner, c) Grant such other and further relief's that this Hon'ble Court feels deem fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.

A memo dated 22.04.2025 signed by the counsel for the petitioner has been filed, which reads as under:- The under signed counsel for the petitioner most respectfully submits that, the petitioner herein, prays that, not press the above Writ Petition and thus may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn, in the interest of justice and equity.
