Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ram Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 & 4 and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the State. Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i) A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite party No.3 to decide the petitioner's appeal dated 11.01.2022 preferred under Rule 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipal Employee Appeal Rules 1967, contained as Annexure No. 1 to this Writ Petition." Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has preferred statutory appeal before the respondent no.3, which is pending consideration before him since 11.1.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the appeal preferred on 11.12.2023 within stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the submission aforesaid. Be that as it may, the respondent no.3/Chairman, Nagar Panchayat Siddhaur, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd.Amjad Khan, Ashutosh Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Ram Kumar Singh Mohd. And 3 Othesrs .....Respondent(s) District Barabanki is directed to consider and decide the appeal, which was preferred by the petitioner on 11.1.2023, in accordance with law, within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him, after affording opportunity of hearing to all stakeholders.
