This application for condonation of delay was filed by the State against the judgment and order dated 11.03.2005 passed by the Tenth Additional Session Judge, Court No.5, Faizabad in Session Trial No.96 of 1995 (State Vs. Vishwanath and another) arising out of Case Crime No.301/91 under Sections 336, 308, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Bewana, District Faizabad. 2. The notices were issued on the delay condonation application by means of an order dated 04.10.2005 but the steps were not taken. Therefore, as prayed two weeks' time was granted for taking steps on 14.11.2005 but steps were not taken. Again on 10.01.2017, as prayed a weeks' time was granted to the learned A.G.A for taking steps but steps have not been taken till date. Therefore, it is apparent that for more than 20 years, the steps have not been taken for issuing notices on the application for condonation of delay. 3. In view of the above, the application for condonation of delay is dismissed consequent thereupon leave to appeal and appeal are dismissed.
