The above writ petition was filed to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the amount of Rs.4,97,952/- payable to the petitioner in relation to the work i.e., Improvements to the Road from Vemulapalli Satya Srinivasa Rao fields to Vemulapalli Ravi Kiran fields in Padamati Donka at Juvvalapalem Village of Kollur Mandal, vide Agreement No…/2024-25 dated 13.03.2025, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents released the amount to the petitioner, and no further adjudication is required in the writ petition.
