Learned counsel for the respondent has filed an application alongwith an affidavit regarding maintainability of the writ petition and he has submitted that against the judgement and order passed by Small Causes Court, the revision is maintainable under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Courts Act, 1887. 3. After arguing at length, learned counsel counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the applicant wants to withdraw the present application, therefore, the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file revision. 4.
