Ranju Bala Mehta vs. State of H.P. & Ors. CWPOA No. 1287 of 2019. 17.07.2025 Present: None for the petitioner. Mr. Baldev Singh Negi, Addl. A.G., for the respondents-State. Despite repeated calls none has put in appearance for the petitioner. Record reveals that the petitioner has remained unrepresented on 16.06.2020, 11.08.2020, 08.09.2020 and even on the last date of hearing i.e. on 09.09.2020. Record also reveals that court notice was sent to the petitioner for appearance on 11.08.2020 which was served upon him but thereafter almost five years have elapsed but the petitioner has not taken any steps for his appearance before this Court either in person or through counsel. It appears that the petitioner is not interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed for non prosecution (Satyen Vaidya) Judge 17th July, 2025. (Jai)
