By the present writ petition, the petitioner who is presently working as patwari seeking a direction towards the respondent to decide the pending representation which is pending before the respondent no. 3 as the petitioner after completion of 10 years of continuous service on 12.08.2020, the time bound pay for which he is entitled has not been fixed properly, though he is entitled for the scale of 31,400/- but the pay has been fixed at 30,500/-. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tehsildar Udaipur vide it communication dated 04.09.2024 has requested the Joint Director Treasury Accounts and Pension Ambikapur to make necessary correction about the pay fixation, however till date no steps have been taken on the said request of Tehsildar. The 3 petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent no. 3 on 02.04.2025 which is pending before the respondent no. 3 which is not being decided by till date. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that as the petitioner is seeking a decision on the representation submitted by him on 02.04.2025, if the said representation is still pending before the respondent no. 3, the same shall be decided within a period of 45 days from the receipt of the order of this Court. 4. I have heard both the parties. 5. The respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the representation within a period of 45 days.
