Heard Shri Chandra Prakash Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Shri Subhash Chandra Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.6. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent no.3 in deciding the representation dated 14.10.2025 filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances, the petitioner has filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent no. 3, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Hardoi should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar Hardoi is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and private respondents. 6.
