By means of this petition, the petitioner prays for a mandamus commanding the respondents to conduct fair and proper investigation in FIR No. 0199 of 2025 under Sections 103(1), 131, 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Ajgain, District Unnao. 3. The Court had required learned AGA to file the personal affidavit of the Investigating Officer concerned vide order dated 28.10.2025. 4. Today, learned AGA states on the basis of instructions sent by one Sri Mukul Kumar Dubey, Sub Inspector, Police Station Ajgain, District Unnao that in the matter, chargesheet has been prepared and filed in the concerned court on 24.10.2025. The aforesaid statement is recorded. 5. Considering the aforesaid nothing further survives in the petition, accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
