Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024. It has been alleged that the petitioner had established physical relationship with the daughter of the informant on the pretext of marriage and when he started evading her, she committed suicide on 30.04.2024. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased was a major and the relationship between the deceased and the petitioner had continued for three years. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner was having a relationship with the consent of the deceased, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Godda (Town) P.S.
