The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 20.01.2025 in W.P.No.1078 of 2025. 2. Heard Sri N.B. Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Surya Narayana, learned counsel representing Sri G. Raju, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. 3. The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 20.01.2025, and the operative portion of the order reads as follows: “Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner’s case for promotion to the post of DLDO/joint director/equivalent post, strictly in terms of G.O.Ms.No.257, dated 10.06.1999, as and when DPC is constituted, if the petitioner’s case is in the zone of consideration.” 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Surya Narayana, learned counsel, submitted the proceedings of respondent No.2 vide No.911564/CPR&RD/A2/2008, dated 20.08.2025. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 3 SRS,J C.C.No.1239/2025 5. A perusal of the proceedings dated 20.08.2025 would indicate that the respondent No.2, in pursuance of the order dated 20.01.2025, passed a speaking order. 6. Since a speaking order has been passed on 20.01.2025, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 20.01.2025 in W.P.No.1078 of 2025 by the respondents. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
