By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner for its kind perusal and thereafter allow the petition. 3 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 21/22/2022 (Annexure P-21) passed by the Board of Revenue and consequently all the order of subordinate Courts of Addl. Commissioner, Bilaspur dated 20/10/2022 (Ann.P-20), the order SDOR dated 24/09/2021 (Ann. P-18) and the order of Naib Tehsildar dated 31/12/2020 (Ann.P-16) whereby petitioner has been dismissed from service. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondent No. 5 Naib Tehsildar to reinstate the petitioner from the post of Village Kotwar of Village Balamgoda, Tehsil and District Raigarh (C.G.) as per Annexure P-2. 10.4 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to grant any other relief or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent agreed with the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and has no objection. 4 4.
