The contention of the petitioner is that the said Pathrakaliammal is now influencing the sale of the properties. 3. Considering the facts, this writ petition is dispsosed of. The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's objection in respect of the subject property, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
