The instant bail cancellation application has been moved by the State praying for cancellation of bail, which was granted to the respondent on 23.07.2025. It is contended by Mr. Sandhu that while granting bail a wrong impression was given that the alleged prohibited drugs are non commercial one though in fact the recovered prohibited drugs are commercial one. 3. In such view of the matter, the bail granted by this Court on 23.07.2025 is cancelled. The applicant shall surrender forthwith. 4. In view of the above, the bail cancellation is allowed.
