By means of the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to RERA Authority/Adjudicating Officer for expeditious disposal of application for recall of recovery certificate dated 08.06.2024. 3. On the basis of written instruction, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3 has informed that 09.12.2025 is fixed for disposal of the recall application and, in case, the parties appear on the said date and advance their submissions, the authority shall pass an appropriate order thereof. 4.
