Heard Sri Sadaqat Ullah Khan, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ramesh Kumar, learned AGA for the State. 2.The present application has been filed to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura to conclude the trial of Case No.370/IX/21, u/s 498A, 376, 323, 504, 506, 452 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, arising out of case crime no.79/2020, Police Station-Barsana, District-Mathura, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Mathura, within a stipulated period. 3. After some arguments, Sri Sadaqat Ullah Khan, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application as the trial is yet to commence and prays that he may be permitted to file any application to expedite the trial, at appropriate stage. 4. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
