Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to release the petitioner's pension, leave encashment, group insurance amount, and all other admissible post-retiral dues forthwith in accordance with law." 3. It is submitted that petitioner has superannuated from service on 30.06.2025 but the aforesaid benefits have not been paid to him. 4. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions and as per which, the aforesaid benefits could not be paid to petitioner since all the relevant documentation is not complete and has been sought. 5. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. District Magistrate, Hardoi, - or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid payments, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within six weeks thereafter. 6.
