Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent has raised preliminary objection and submitted that qua the advertisement dated 18.12.2012 whereby applications for the said post were invited, the selection process qua the same is concluded therefore, the matter is rendered infructuous. Considering the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it apposite to dispose of the present [2025:RJ-JP:644] (2 of 2) [CW-17486/2013] petition.
