Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer from District - Pratapgarh to District - Moradabad or District - Budaun or District - Bareilly, on the ground of ailment, i.e. - Lumbar Disc Herniation and Deep Gap in Spinal Cord (Reedh Ki Haddi) L4.L5, of his wife." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Establishment), Uttar Pradesh, District - Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same, sympathetically, in light of illness of his wife, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
