None appears for the appellant, however, Shri Ran Vijay Singh, learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State are present. 2. This is an appeal filed under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 against the judgment and order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Writ Petition No.8190 (S/S) of 2020. 3. We have gone through the affidavit in support of the application for condonation of delay. As regard the delay after 28.02.2022 nothing has been said in the affidavit. The explanation offered pertains to the period of Covid-19 Pandemic. As per orders of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Suo Motu Writ Petition (Civil) No.3 of 2020, the said benefit could be extended only till 28.02.2022. There being no explanation offered for the subsequent period, We cannot condone the delay in filing the appeal. The application for condonation of delay is rejected, consequently, the appeal is dismissed.
