While placing on record communication dated 28.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Under Secretary (SA) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, sough to be executed, has been complied with by issuing speaking order dated 26.07.2025, which is also enclosed with the aforesaid communication. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as documents annexed therewith, which are taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. 2. Though in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioner, have granted them higher stage of pay in concerned level of pay matrix after completion of two years of regular service, but till date, refixation of pay has not been done. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General states that further consequential action, pursuant to order dated 26.07.2025, passed in purported compliance of judgment, sought to be executed, shall be taken expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two weeks. 4. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to get the execution petition revived, in case needful is not done within the stipulated time, so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards the implementation of the order/judgment.
