Civil Writ Petition No.11408/2023, which is not opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner/non-applicant, the same is allowed. In condition No.2, in the order dated 06.02.2024, the date 01.05.2024 be read as 01.03.2024. However, the petitioner/non-applicant is granted four weeks’ time to pay/deposit the additional mesne profit for the period from 01.03.2024 to 30.04.2024.
