Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh (in short "trial Court") to decide Criminal Case No.1565 of 2015, Prabhawati Vs. Laloo and Others, under Section 31 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station - Kunda, District - Pratapgarh, which is pending since 2015, within a time frame. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2015 without any substantial progress. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the trial Court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournments. 5.
