State of Uttarakhand and others has been willfully disobeyed by the respondents Learned State counsel submits that the response affidavit has been filed. The order has already been complied with and the compliance was made on 16.08.2025, which is enclosed as Annexure No.1 to the response affidavit. Since the order of which the willful disobedience is complained of, has already been complied with. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. It stands disposed of accordingly.
