This is an Application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking direction to issue the certificate of refund of Court Fees in the name of Plaintiffs’ authorized signatory Mr. Mayuresh Jambunathan. 2. Vide order dated 29.07.2025, the Suit was decreed in favour of the Plaintiffs in terms of the Settlement Agreement arrived at between the Parties pursuant to a joint Application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the CPC. In the said order dated 29.07.2025, it was directed that a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees shall be issued by the Registry of this Court in favour of the Plaintiffs under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870. 3.
