Learned counsel for petitioner is granted liberty to implead Sub- Divisional Magistrate/Sub-Divisional Officer, Rebareli as opposite party No.6 during the course of day. Notice on behalf of newly impleaded opposite party has been accepted by learned State Counsel. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 16.10.2025 whereby petitioner's appointment on the post of Anganwadi Worker in the center concerned has been terminated primarily on the ground that the Income Certificate issued in favour of petitioner earlier which formed the basis of petitioner's appointment as Anganwadi Worker itself stood cancelled. Learned counsel for petitioner admits, on the basis of instructions, that appeal against the order of cancellation of Income Certificate is still pending consideration but is not being shown on the portal. Since adjudication upon the impugned order would be subject to final decision taken in appeal preferred by the petitioner, liberty is granted to petitioner to serve a copy of the Memorandum of Appeal alongwith a certified copy of this order to the opposite party No.6 who shall consider Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Jay Narayan Mishra, Sandeep Rawat, Simran Parveen Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Shubha Mishra Alias Shubha Bajpai .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Child Development Nutrition Deptt. Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) and decide the same expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. In case petitioner succeeds in his appeal, the impugned order dated 16.10.2025 shall be re-visited by the authority concerned and the impugned order shall be subject to final decision so taken.
