This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita seeking bail in respect of the accused/applicant namely Mantu Ali, in connection with Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 183/2025 under Section 22(b)/29 of NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution, the allegation against the accused person is that nine (9) bottles of cough syrup has been recovered from the conscious possession of the accused i.e. inside brown Almira in the house of the accused person. 4. There are sufficient incriminating materials against the accused person. 5. Considering the incriminating materials available in the CD, the prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. 6.
