CWP No.9876 of 2025 On 20.06.2025, this Court while issuing notice and looking into the entirety of the proceedings, which according to us, were blatantly illegal, called upon the officer(s) who had passed the orders to appear before this Court. 2. Today, Mr. Ravinder Singh, Additional Commissioner appeared before the Court and has fairly submitted that the entire proceedings conducted by him are actually nonest and, therefore, deserve to be quashed and set aside. 3. In view of the fair stand adopted by the respondents, we leave the matter here, by quashing the show cause notice dated 31.05.2024 and the consequential proceedings taken thereafter including the order dated 26.04.2025. 4.
