Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. This is a writ petition against Mahindra Finance Service Limited, which is a private entity. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has also submitted that he has filed a petition before the Permanent Lok Adalat at Pratapgrah. 4. Upon reconsideration, he has now made a submission before this Court that he wishes to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue his petition before the Permanent Lok Adalat. He prays that the matter may be expeditiously disposed of there. 5. In light of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to make an application for expeditious hearing of his petition filed before the Permanent Lok Adalat. If such an application is made within a period of one week from date, we direct the Permanent Lok Adalat at Pratapgrah to try to hear the matter during the National Lok Adalat being held on 13th December, 2025.
