Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i). A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to finalize the 'Cadre Review' (Restructure of Cadre) of X-ray Technicians as per Government order dated 08.09.2010 and as per departmental proposal send by opposite party no.3 with all consequential benefits, within shortest time as directed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii). A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to provide all consequential benefits of (Restructure of Cadre) X-Ray Technicians and provides the benefits of notional promotions accordingly within shortest time as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) petitioner that proposals with regard to aforesaid aspect has already been submitted to State Government where it is pending consideration for quite sometime. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.1 i.e. Additional Chief Secretary Finance Department, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
