The order of suspension dated 09.08.2023 passed by respondent no. 2 is under challenge in the present petition. 2. Today when the matter is taken up counsel for the petitioner Sri Manu Mishra placed before this Court an order dated 27.02.2025 passed by the aforesaid respondent by which the order dated 09.08.2023 was revoked. 3. In this view of the matter it is argued that no further orders are required to be passed and the present writ petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5.
