The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 12.1.2021 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 160 of 2021. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that the amount due to the applicants under the orders of this Court has been sent by the department to the concerned Treasury and shall be credited in the account of the applicants either today itself or within the next 24 hours. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. In case the amount due to the applicants and as stated in the affidavit filed by the opposite party is not credited in the account of the applicants, the applicants may either file a recall application for recall of the present order or may file a fresh contempt application.
