With the consent of the parties, this matter was taken up for hearing in the Lok Adalat. 2. Learned advocates for the appellant and the claimants have tendered separate withdrawal pursis dated 12.07.2025, as being one, which are taken on record. The parties have affixed their signatures separately in the respective pursis. The learned advocates for the parties seek permission to withdraw the appeal as per the pursis. In view of the pursis submitted by learned advocates for the parties, this appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Connected civil application, if any, shall stand disposed of. 4. Both the parties have agreed that, pursuant to the order awarded by the Tribunal, amount of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Only) shall be returned to the appellant from the amount deposited by the appellant. Further, the remaining amount along with accrued interest may be disbursed in favour of the claimant/s after due verification by way of RTGS or account payee cheque. 5. Necessary Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant, as per the provisions of Section 21(1) of the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987. 6. The order passed in this appeal shall not be treated as precedent in any other matter including any case arising out of the same incident.
