By this petition under Section 482 BNSS, is filed for granting the privilege of Pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Joynal Abedin @ Md. Joynal Ali apprehending his arrest in connection with Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 45/2025 registered under Sections 325/3(5) of BNS, 2023, R/W Section 13(1) of Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021. 3. The prosecution submits that in the mean time the charge sheet has been submitted. 4. In view of the said developments, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in connection with this case, he shall be allowed to go on bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting authority and subject to the conditions that: (a) He shall be available for the trial; (b) He shall not hamper and /or tamper with evidence; 5.
