In terms of the FIR, it was alleged that on account of there being disagreement of the marriage, all the accused named in the FIR had attacked the girl as well as the son of the informant, which subsequently resulted into his death. 4. In the light of the said allegations, the Counsel for the applicant argues that one of the co-accused, namely, Mohd. Usmaan has been enlarged on bail vide orders annexed as Annexure-10 of the bail application mainly on the ground that he was not opposed the marriage. It is also argued by the Counsel for the applicant that two of the co-accused Mohd. Suleman and Mohd. Shanu have been denied the benefit of bail by this Court vide order dated 12.05.2022. It is also argued that the applicant has no criminal antecedents and is in custody since 06.04.2020. It is also stated that all the witnesses have now been examined.
