Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that there is no vacancy as such and merely because on a particular day or days the Tribunal was not functioning, petition may not be entertained. 3. Admittedly, there is no vacancy and the Tribunal is manned by Presiding Officer. Therefore, we are not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner in this petition. 4. The petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.53143 and 53144 of 2025 are closed.
