Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 & 2 and Sri Prashant Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 25.05.2025 bearing no.0135 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 191(2), 85 of B.N.S. & Section 3, 5(3) of the U.P. Vidhi Viruddh Dharm Samparivartan Pratishedh Adhiniyam, 2021 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act lodged at Police Station Ikauna, District Shrawasti. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioners and respondent no.3 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 29.08.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-S.A.-1 to the supplementary affidavit. 4. This Court vide order dated 13.10.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 13.10.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 16.10.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioners and respondent no.3 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondent no.3 have agreed Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arvind Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Prashant Tiwari Taufeek Khan And 4 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The First information report dated 25.05.2025 bearing no.135 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 191(2), 85 of B.N.S. & Section 3, 5(3) of the U.P.
