1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-appointment order dated 10.04.2023 (Annexure P/1) issued in favour of respondent no.4 and. further direct the respondents not to provide joining to the petitioner.
10.2. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to conduct enquiry in regard to the eligibility of the respondent no.4 in compliance to the order passed by the Hon'ble Court.

10.3. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to consider the petitioner for the post of Registrar against the OBC category.
10.4. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent/State agreed with the
submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and has no objection.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/-
