Petitioners’ tribe claim has been invalidated by the Tribe Certificate Verification Committee by the order dated 05.05.2022. The petitionerd are, therefore, before us. 3. Learned Advocate for the petitioners has placed on record order of this Court dated 06.02.2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 1256 of 2023 and similar orders suggesting the blood relations of the petitioners have been granted validity on certain conditions. (2) 995 WP-5486.2022 & 5488.22.odt 4. The learned A.G.P. has strong objection to allow the petition even in terms of the orders relied on by the learned Advocate for the petitioners. 5. The persons to whom this Court and the Committee have granted validity, are the cousins of the petitioners. As such, they are in blood relationship of the petitioners. It is informed by the learned A.G.P. that the Committee has issued notices to those who have been granted validity, opening their cases for rehearing. In our view, until the validity of their certificates stand, there would be no hurdle to grant the petitioners’ validity. 6. In view of the above, the petitions are allowed. The Scrutiny Committee is directed to grant the petitioners validity of their tribe claim, subject to condition that the validity to be granted to the tribe claim of the petitioners shall be subject to the outcome of the matters relating to validity certificates of their blood relations, which have been reopened for further inquiiry. 7.
