From the order dated 18.08.2023, we gather that the bank had to approach the Joint Magistrate, Sadar, Agra for implementation of the said order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 3. Under such circumstances, we provide that the concerned bank may approach the Joint Magistrate, Sadar, Agra/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Agra, within a period of 10 days from today. As and when the application is made, the official concerned would look into the matter within the next 15 days, and see to it that the petitioners who are auction purchasers are provided the possession. 4.
