By the present application, the applicants prays that the learned Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar may be directed to decide the Computerized Case No.T20150404032321; 'Vijay Prakash Tripathi Vs. Kapil Muni Tripathi, under Section 145 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Baskhari, District-Ambedkar Nagar expeditiously in a time bound manner. 3. It appears that on the application of the father of the applicants, proceeding under Section 145 Cr.P.C. has been instituted in pursuance of the police report which is pending since the year 2015 and more than 10 years have passed but there is no substantial progress in the matter. Learned counsel for the applicants prays that the Court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously. 5. This application stands disposed of.
