Heard Mr. S.R Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicant No. 1, 2 & 4. 2. This is an application praying for allowing the applicant/claimant to withdraw an amount of Rs. 18,24,063/- which was deposited on 20.06.2024 by the appellant/insurer in compliance of the order dated 29.05.2024 passed in I.A. 1537/2024 arising out of M.A.C Appeal No. 228/2024. 3. Mr. R Goswami, learned counsel for respondent No. 1, 2 & 4 submits that the connected M.A.C Appeal No. 228/2024 has been admitted. 4. As per this Court’s order dated 29.05.2024, the impugned judgment and award dated 29.05.2024 has been stayed subject to deposit of 25% of the awarded amount i.e. Rs. 18,24,063/- before the Registry of this Court and the same has been deposited on 20.06.2024. 5. Mr. S.R Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicants/claimants No. 1, 2 & 4 are facing financial hardship and they have incurred huge expenditure during the course of the deceased father/husband treatment and accordingly, prays that the said deposited amount may be allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants/claimants No. 1, 2 & 4. 6. In view of the above observations and facts & circumstances, this Court directs that the deposited amount of Rs. 18,24,063/- deposited on 20.06.2024 may be may be allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants/claimants No. 1, 2 & 4 subject to the proper verification and identification. 7.
