This petition has been filed with the following main prayers : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quash the impugned order/letter no. 1160/र०का०- गाँव सभा dated 24.10.2025, issued by the respondent no.3 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Fatehpur, Barabanki, contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quash the impugned notice/letter no. 1164/र०का०- गाँव सभा dated 30.10.2025, issued by the respondent no.4 i.e. Tehsildar, Fatehpur, Barabanki, contained as Annexure No.2 to this writ petition. (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties no. 3, 4 and 6 not interfere in peaceful possession of petitioner over the land gata no.564/7.551 hectare and gata no.563/15.479 hectare, situated at village-Sainder, Pargana- Kurshi, Tehsil-Fatehpur, District Barabanki, in the interest of justice." On an urgency being mentioned, the matter was taken up. Having gone through the impugned order, we find no good ground to show interference at this stage. Moreover, Shri Mohan Singh, who appears on behalf of Gram Sabha has pointed out Rule 59 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code Rules, 2016, wherein the provision of statutory appeal has been provided. Lko And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) before the Collector within thirty days from the date of the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer. This petition is dismissed as not maintainable, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Collector in appeal under Rule 59 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code Rules, 2016.
