Petitioners are members of Provincial Armed Constabulary, to which they were appointed in 2003 as Platoon Commander. They have raised a 2025:UHC:11177 seniority dispute in this writ petition. 7. Since petitioners have remedy before Tribunal established under U.P. Public Service (Tribunals) Act, 1976, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petitions. 8. The writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Tribunal.
