Heard Shri Lalendra Pratap Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an oral prayer for deletion of name of Civil Judge (J.D.), Ambedkar Nagar from the array of opposite parties. 3. The request is accepted and the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to delete the name of Civil Judge (J.D.), Ambedkar Nagar from the array of opposite parties forthwith. 4. Keeping in view the nature of relief sought and order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Ambedkar Nagar to decide the original case No.698 of 2023 expeditiously 3. The petitioner has filed the aforesaid suit for partition of family property in the year 2023. The pleadings stands completed and the issues have been framed. 4. Expeditious disposal of the matter is necessary in the interest of justice so as to prevent further complications and deterioration of relations between the petitioner and the respondent, who are real brothers. 5. In these circumstances, the instant petition is disposed off by issuing a direction to the learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Original Case No.698 of 2023 expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and by fixing dates at short intervals.
